7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and returned with their original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Contact us at 568853111@qq.com within the 7-day return window. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. After fulfillment, the 7-day return rules above apply.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at 568853111@qq.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. GOYHZW does not offer delivery to markets whose mandatory cooling-off period exceeds our 7-day return window.
