You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. - Thailand (Local Fulfillment): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over [100]. Orders are dispatched directly from our local warehouse in Thailand for fast delivery. For orders under [100], standard local shipping rates apply.
- International Consolidated Shipping: For Japan, Nepal, Bhutan, Vietnam, the US, Germany, and the UK, we use a reliable consolidated shipping service. The estimated delivery time is approximately 8 business days, with a standard shipping fee of [35].
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that for international orders outside of Thailand, any customs, duties, and taxes imposed are the responsibility of the customer.
