1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: During high-volume periods or holidays, order processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping to specific regions with the following structures:
Thailand (Local Fulfillment): Orders shipping to Thailand are dispatched directly from our local warehouse for fast delivery. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over [100]. For orders under [100], standard local shipping rates apply.
International Consolidated Shipping: We ship to Japan, Nepal, Bhutan, Vietnam, the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom using a reliable consolidated shipping service. The estimated delivery time is approximately 8 business days, with a standard shipping fee of [35].
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes YI UNION is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our international customers (outside of Thailand), please be aware of your local customs regulations.
5. Damages and Lost Packages YI UNION is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [Your Support Email Address] so we can assist you.
