Thank you for visiting and shopping at GOYHZW. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If there is a delay during a high-volume period or holiday, we will contact you by email.

2. Fulfillment Origin and Delivery Estimates

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Shangrao, Jiangxi, China. We do not offer local warehouse fulfillment in Thailand.

• China deliveries: delivery typically takes around 10 days after dispatch.
• International deliveries: delivery time depends on the destination, customs processing, carrier conditions, weather, and holidays. The available shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by your country or region. These fees are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows an issue, please contact us as soon as possible at 568853111@qq.com with your order number and clear photos when relevant. We will help review the case and work with the carrier where possible.
