Shipping Policy

GOYHZW fulfills orders from Shangrao, Jiangxi, China. Mainland China is our fulfillment origin only and is not a sales or delivery destination. We do not accept delivery addresses in mainland China.

Processing and tracking

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Available delivery destinations and rates

Shipping is available only to destinations shown at checkout. Where eligible, the automatic free standard-shipping offer applies at a post-discount merchandise subtotal of USD 48 or more before tax. Destination and method eligibility and the final charge are confirmed at checkout. Standard shipping rates currently include:

  • Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan: USD 10; eligible orders may qualify for the automatic free standard-shipping offer.
  • Thailand: CNY 15; free shipping for orders of CNY 199 or more.
  • Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and Vietnam: CNY 40; eligible orders may qualify for the automatic free standard-shipping offer.
  • Brunei, the Philippines and Timor-Leste: USD 16; eligible orders may qualify for the automatic free standard-shipping offer.
  • Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos and the United Arab Emirates: USD 16; eligible orders may qualify for the automatic free standard-shipping offer.
  • Singapore, Russia and Sri Lanka: USD 10; eligible orders may qualify for the automatic free standard-shipping offer.
  • Australia: USD 27; Canada: USD 15; Mexico: USD 13; Europe: USD 17.
  • United States, Kenya, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia: USD 24; eligible orders may qualify for the automatic free standard-shipping offer.
  • Egypt, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: USD 24; Bangladesh: USD 32; Bhutan and Niger: USD 54.

Customer-facing storefront and checkout totals are currently displayed in USD. Rates configured in CNY are converted by Shopify into the USD amount shown at checkout; the checkout amount is the final charge and may vary with exchange rates.

For every order, checkout displays the final eligible shipping method and fee before payment. An estimated delivery date is also shown where the active carrier service provides one. Delivery timing can vary due to destination, customs, carrier conditions, weather and holidays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes or local fees may be charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery issues

If a package arrives damaged or tracking shows a delivery issue, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos. We will review the case and assist with the carrier where possible.
